1. LED screen resistance detection method
For the resistance detection method of LED screen, we need to adjust the multimeter to the resistance gear, first detect the resistance value of a certain point of a normal LED screen circuit board to ground, and then detect the same test point of another same LED screen circuit board to ground resistance value. Observe whether the resistance values of the two are the same. If the values of the two are different, it means that the circuit board of the latter is faulty and needs to be aligned for repair or replacement.
2. LED display voltage detection method
The voltage detection of the LED display screen is to adjust the multimeter to the voltage level, and after the LED screen panel is powered on, the voltage detection is performed on a certain circuit that is suspected to be faulty. Normally, the test voltage value should be equal to the rated voltage value of the LED screen panel. If there is an obvious difference, then there may be a problem in the LED screen panel that requires further repair and replacement.
3. LED screen short circuit detection method
The LED screen short-circuit detection method is to adjust the multimeter to the short-circuit detection block to check whether there is current passing between the circuit segments to be detected. If no current is detected, it means that the circuit in this section of the LED screen panel has been short-circuited and needs to be repaired or replaced immediately. The circuit short circuit phenomenon of LED screen panel is the most common LED screen module failure. Most of the LED screens cannot be used normally due to short circuit.
4. LED screen voltage drop detection method
The LED screen voltage drop detection method is to adjust the multimeter to the diode voltage drop detection file. Because all ICs of the LED screen are composed of many single components, when there is current passing through one of its pins, it will be in the lead. There is a voltage drop across the pin. Normally the voltage drop across the IC pins of the same model is similar. Therefore, when the actual voltage drop of an electronic component is much different than that of other electronic components, we can take the method of replacing this component to repair the LED screen.
