B. Cleaning up the display
For LED displays with harsh environments, especially outdoor LED displays, dust in the air can easily enter the device through the ventilation holes, which will accelerate the wear and even damage of fans and other devices. Dust may also fall on the surface of the internal control devices of the display screen, reducing the thermal conductivity and insulation performance. In wet weather, the dust absorbs moisture in the air and will cause a short circuit; it will also cause mildew on the PCB board and electronic components for a long time, resulting in equipment damage. The technical performance is degraded and malfunctions occur. Therefore, the cleaning of the display screen may seem simple, but it is actually a very important step in the maintenance work.
C. Regularly carry out the tightening work of the display connector
LED electronic screen belongs to high power consumption equipment. After running for a period of time, due to repeated start and stop and operation, the connection terminals of the power supply part will be loose due to cold and heat, the contact is not firm, and a virtual connection is formed. D. Regularly clean the display surface
LED electronic screen cleaning is a high-altitude operation, and a professional cleaning team is required. The cleaning operation adopts the method of high-altitude sling or hanging rail, and is equipped with professional cleaning equipment. The cleaning staff selects different cleaning agents according to the different dirt on the screen for targeted cleaning, so as to ensure that the LED lamp and the mask are not damaged. Complete the cleaning of the display. There are two points to pay attention to when preparing for cleaning: 1. Before cleaning, you need to unplug the power cord. This permanent corrosive damage can only be replaced by the corresponding LED display module and cannot be repaired, which will bring great economic losses to users.
A stable power supply is a key factor for the normal use of the LED display. Unstable voltage can easily cause the LED display to malfunction, and in severe cases, it will also cause the display to short-circuit and burn. Therefore, when the LED display screen encounters a force majeure power failure during use, the power switch should be disconnected in time. Wait for the external environment to stabilize and then turn on the power switch again.
